Policies and Conditions
All documentation must be provided prior to the child’s admission at the nursery.
Fees must be paid prior to the start of each term in form of post-dated chqs (1st-5th)
Returned cheques penalty is 200 Dhs.
Registration, medical and any additional fees (if any) must be paid in full prior to the agreed starting date.
Nursery registration and flexi-hours is subject to re- evaluation by the nursery as/ when required.
A notice in writing must be submitted one term in advance if you no longer wish a place for your child in the following term. Be reminded that the fees will be deducted for that particular term on early dismissal.
The validity of the registration is from September 2014 till June 2015 only.

If the child wants to continue in September 2015 the registration has to be done for the new academic year (no matter in which month the child has enrolled in Little Scholars Nursery).
No refunds or reductions on payment will be given in case of absence, illness or vacations. Our last month in nursery is June.
Fees once paid are non refundable nontransferable.
Financial and matters can only be dealt with by the director.
Children must not bring item of valuable thing from home, as the Little Scholars Nursery will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
In case of emergency the nurse may call the family physician to examine the child or will be taken to the nearest hospital.
If the child falls ill a session nurse will contact the parent to collect the child from the nursery. If the child has a contagious illness they should not be brought to the nursery until the illness, incubation has passed.
Little Scholars Nursery reserves the right to publish a child’s photograph in any informative brochures, publication and on the nursery website.
Children who have attended the Nursery less than 9 months are not entitled for a certificate.
